Sandeep Crasta is a seasoned payments and financial services leader with deep expertise in digital payments, banking technology, and commercial strategy. He currently serves as Sales Head – Retail Payments, MENA at FSS, where he leads market engagement, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition efforts across the Middle East region, supporting banks and financial institutions in their digital transformation journeys.
With over two decades of experience, Sandeep has held senior commercial and product leadership roles across global payments and banking technology firms. Prior to joining FSS, he was Vice President – Global Transaction Banking at Intellect Design Arena Ltd., where he helped drive growth and client relationships across key international markets. Earlier in his career, Sandeep held leadership roles in international banking and wealth management with institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank and Citi, where he focused on strategic business development and financial services delivery.
Sandeep is known for his ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution, particularly in enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready payments platforms. Based in the Middle East, he actively partners with banks, fintechs, and ecosystem stakeholders to advance digital payments adoption and accelerate customer success in the region.
